| Mike was amazing! We had an emergency with my Subaru while up visiting Grandma. Mike got my car in right away, went above and beyond to get my car fixed so we could drive home to San Diego that night. |

| Giant Oak Automotive is my new "go to" repair facility. This is a small, low-key shop with an honest, up front owner (Mike), and a crew of excellent mechanics. Mike gave me a fair quote for the work that I asked him to do and then contacted me before proceeding to correct an additional item. All in all I was extremely satisfied and felt that I got the work done at a fair price, by an honest guy, that values his customers. I will return and highly recommend GOA. |

| Giant Oak came through when me company's work vans needed oil changes and fast! They gave us the estimate and were very fast with their service despite my lack of appointment. They were very helpful in listing any other issues I had, and were very kind. Will be using them again for sure to cover any problem we run into! |

| Mike promised me my sons vehicle a "no big deal have it for you tomorrow job. When I asked "do I needed to rent a vehicle and how many days do you need" Mike said I will have it for you tomorrow afternoon. When I called the next day at 3pm I asked if it was done, I was told no Mike had not started on it. I asked if it would be done by today I was assured yes. I called back at five after being told it would be done and discovered it was not done. Now at 5pm I am searching for a rental because I had to work the next day. This and a $219 bill for a "no big deal" job leaves a bitter taste in my mouth... now I have to have the pulley replaced because it is bent |
